Bethany Christian Church is located in south Lakeland off of South Florida Avenue. Florida Avenue is known as US-98 in north Lakeland, Florida Avenue in central and south Lakeland, and SR-37 south of Lakeland. This road is convenient from I-4, the Polk County Parkway, 540A and SR-60.
From South Florida, turn west on Pipkin Road, which is between Drane Field Road and 540A. Go west for 2 miles before turning right onto Pipkin Road South. Go north for 1 mile to Pipkin Creek road and turn right. Bethany Christian Church is at 4224 Pipkin Creek Road. Watch for the Bethany sign on the right side after a curve in the road. The buildings, pictured below, are easy to spot...but also easy to drive past since they're hidden on approach by the curve in the road.
