Infant and Toddler Nursery
Bethany’s nurseries are well-equipped and staffed by wonderful child care attendants.  The crib room is a quiet place for napping, and the play room is a toddler’s dream.  A tot-sized bathroom connects the two areas.  The nurseries are open for Sunday School, Worship and other church events.

BLAST on Sundays at 10:40 a.m. - noon
Children, pre-schoolers – grade 5, are included in B.L.A.S.T. (Bible Learning, Art, Stories, Teaching) based on the rotation model.  The same Bible story is taught over the course of several weeks, using story telling, art, music, drama, creative cooking, etc.  This hands-on learning and repetition helps the children remember the basics of each Bible story.

Children’s Sermon
Each Sunday morning in worship, the pastor shares a special lesson with the younger children, geared at their age level.  This time is rewarding and fun, and it also helps them to know they are welcome and loved by the congregation.

Outreach
Share Kits and Operation Christmas Child are great ways for kids to help other kids meet basic needs and to grow to know Jesus.  For information, see the Outreach listing.

Camp
Kids in grades 3-12 are invited to attend a week-long camp at the Christian Church Conference Center in Silver Springs each summer.  Each week of camp is focused on a small age grouping so that age-appropriate activities can be developed.

Summer Bible School
A week of evenings for food, fun and learning are attended by the whole family.  The kids prepare entertainment over the course of a week and perform on the last evening.

Easter Egg Hunt
The children always look forward to the annual egg hunt on Easter morning.  The men of the church prepare breakfast for the families as the little one hunt for eggs.  After hearing the Easter story, a group photo is taken of all the children dressed in their Sunday best.
