Senior Pastor Rev. Ros Springer Rev. Ros Springer brings to Bethany 17 years of ministerial experience, much of it focused on youth and Christian education. Her sermons are rich with visual images and deep in strong Biblical understanding. While new to Lakeland, Rev. Ros. is an area native. She has pursued continuing education at Lexington Theological Seminary, among others, throughout her ministerial career. Rev Ros' monthly column is available in The Journey. Dr. Perry Castelli Perry has been teaching music in schools or with choirs for three decades. He holds a D. Phil. in Education Policy, Planning and Administration from University of Maryland, College Park, and two other music education degrees: an M. Ed. in Theoretical Foundations of Education and Music and a B.S. in Music Education, both from Kent State University. Perry chairs Florida Southern College's Department of Education. |
